Face Yoga & Gua Sha Workshops
A calm, intelligently structured class designed to restore, revitalise and support natural facial glow.
Face Yoga & Gua Sha is a deeply supportive, small-group workshop that blends Face Yoga, traditional Gua Sha facial massage, and gentle body-based preparation to help release tension, improve circulation, and reconnect you with your face and nervous system.
This is not a quick-fix or purely cosmetic class. Instead, it offers a layered, sustainable approach to facial wellbeing, supporting natural lift, tone, relaxation and radiance over time — whether you attend regularly or use sessions as a guided reset.
How the workshops work
Each 75-minute session is thoughtfully layered so you can work at your own pace, with clear guidance and options throughout.
Workshops begin with gentle breathwork, body tapping and subtle Pilates-based movement to release tension from the neck, shoulders, upper back and jaw. This prepares the nervous system and creates the ideal foundation for effective facial work.
You will then be guided through:
Face Yoga techniques inspired by the Danielle Collins method
Hayo’u Gua Sha facial massage to encourage circulation and lymphatic drainage
The pace is calm, unhurried and nurturing, allowing you to slow down, tune in, and practise with confidence.
You will leave feeling lighter, clearer and revitalised, with a relaxed face, improved awareness, and a healthy, natural glow.
Who is this workshop for?
These workshops are ideal if you:

Already practise Face Yoga but want guidance, accountability or refinement
Feel unsure if you’re “doing it right” when working alone
Want a regular, supportive facial wellbeing practice
Are holding tension in the jaw, neck, shoulders or face
Are craving genuine me time that supports both body and mind
Prefer calm, small-group settings rather than large classes
No previous experience is needed. You do not need to be “good at Face Yoga” — you just need to be open to slowing down and tuning in.
