Wendy has been teaching Pilates since 2012, with a teaching approach rooted in compassion, awareness, and deep respect for the body’s natural rhythms. Her work blends precise Body Control Pilates foundations with breath-led core support, feet-to-pelvis alignment, and gentle strength-building that supports real life, not just the mat.
She teaches with warmth, encouragement, and curiosity — helping you feel safe, supported, and more at home in your body from the very first class. There is no pressure to perform or “get it right.” You are guided gradually, with care.

These courses encompass a wide range of topics, including but not limited to Scoliosis, Bone Health, Pregnancy & Postnatal, Beginner - Intermediate Reformer, Basic, Intermediate & Advanced Mat, Foam Roller, Bands, Balls, Ladder Barrel, Children, Older People, Movement, and Runners.
