HIPP - High Intensity Power Pilates

HIPP  introduce a new and exciting dimension to your Pilates experience.

HIPP introduces a new and energising dimension to Pilates — blending classical matwork with cardio and hand weights to create a strong, uplifting, full-body workout you will really feel.

What is HIPP?

HIPP combines:

Classical & contemporary Pilates matwork

Light hand weights (or tins of food!)

Rhythmic flow and uplifting movement

This creates a cardio-based Pilates experience that raises your heart rate while keeping movement mindful and aligned.

 

What to Expect

A fun, rhythmic and motivating atmosphere

Flowing sequences performed safely and with precision

Full body conditioning (hips, glutes, legs, arms, core & back)

Strength, stamina and joint stability

A natural boost to energy and mood

You’ll work hard — but with control, supporting the body rather than stressing it

 

Price

£8 per class

Pay-as-you-go — no contracts, no commitment required.

You’re welcome to join regularly or whenever suits your week.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Is This Class Right for You?

This class is ideal if you:

  • Enjoy a faster pace and want to feel energised
  • Want to build strength, tone and fitness without the gym
  • Like moving to rhythm and flow
  • Are comfortable being on your feet and on the mat

This class may not be suitable if you are currently recovering from:

  • Acute injuries
  • Significant joint pain
  • Early rehab or post-surgery movement restrictions

(If unsure, simply ask — we’ll guide you to the right class.)

 

What You’ll Need

2 × hand weights (0.5–1 kg)

(or cans of beans to start — perfect!)

A non-slip mat

Water + enough space to move comfortably

Camera On:

To ensure safety, alignment and correct technique, your camera needs to be switched on during the session.

This allows me to guide you, offer personalised cues and help you move confidently and effectively.

 

Bonus:

If you can, connect your device to a TV screen — it makes following the session even easier.

 

When & Where

Saturday – 07:30–08:15 (Zoom)

Taught live online — move from home with music, energy and zero travel time.
