Privates 1:1's & Pilates Rehab
Personalised support, tailored to your body, movement history and goals.
Private sessions offer a calm, supportive space to explore your movement needs with individual guidance.
Whether you’re improving strength, recovering from injury, managing pain or simply wanting to feel more at ease in your body, sessions are always shaped around you, your pace and your comfort.
Who are the 1:2 sessions helpful for?
Private Pilates may be especially supportive if you:
- Prefer individual attention and guidance
- Are recovering after injury, illness or surgery
- Experience stiffness, tension, joint discomfort or back pain
- Want to improve balance, stability and confidence
- Are navigating peri/menopause changes and energy shifts
- Want to build strength gently, safely and gradually
- Feel unsure or self-conscious in group classes (to begin with)
Many clients begin privately and later join classes when ready — but there is no pressure either way.
1:1 Movement & Posture Assessment (First Session)
£75 — 45–60 minutes
This first session is calm and observational.
It is about understanding, not “working hard.”
Together we will:
- Talk through your movement history, symptoms and goals
- Explore how your body naturally stands, walks and balances
- Assess gentle movement patterns at a pace that feels comfortable
- Take photos and/or short video clips (optional) to gain deeper insight into your posture, gait and alignment over time
- Create space for your questions, concerns and hopes
After the session, Wendy will take time privately to:
- Analyse your movement patterns in depth
- Identify supportive focus areas
- Create a personalised movement plan
- Prepare your first set of gentle, effective strengthening movements
Your tailored programme begins in Session 2, where we introduce movements gradually and with confidence.
You do not need to be strong, flexible or “ready.”
We simply begin where you are.
