Intermediate / Higher Pilates
A stronger, flowing Pilates class for those wanting challenge, tone and progression.
These sessions develop strength, control, balance and mobility through more dynamic Pilates matwork. Movements flow more continuously, with progressions offered to help you build strength safely and confidently over time.
The focus is not on “doing more”, but on refining movement, improving alignment, and building deep stability that supports your whole life — walking, lifting, running, carrying, parenting, everything.
Who is this class for?
This class may suit you if you:
Have some Pilates experience or a comfortable movement foundation
Enjoy steady challenge and a sense of progression
Want to build tone and whole-body strength
Like a flowing, connected pace rather than stop–start exercise
Want to feel strong, stable, capable and confident in movement
You do not need to be “fit” or “advanced” — just comfortable with basic Pilates and ready to explore more.
