Mixed Ability Pilates
A gentle, supportive class suitable for most bodies.
These classes improve strength, mobility, balance and postural awareness through calm, mindful movement. Sessions move at a steady pace with clear, confidence-building guidance so you feel more at home in your body. We work with breath, deep postural muscles and natural movement patterns — building strength gradually and safely.
