All Woo Wellness classes include gentle Feet-ness® techniques to strengthen the feet, improve balance and posture, and support the body from the ground up.

Wendy has been teaching Pilates since 2012, with a warm and supportive approach grounded in compassion and whole-body awareness. Her teaching blends Body Control Pilates technique with mindful breathwork, gentle strength-building and feet-to-core alignment, helping students feel more at home in their bodies.
Wendy teaches small group classes, private sessions, Face Yoga, Gua Sha and Feet-Ness® at Woo Wellness, guiding clients to build strength gradually, with ease and confidence.

Fiona Lacy
Pilates & Dance Teacher
Pilates & Dance Teacher
Fiona has over 47 years of experience in the dance and fitness world. Originally from South Africa, she has taught dance professionally, run her own classes, and taught at the Graham School of Dance here in the U.K. Fiona brings fluidity, musicality and a deep understanding of movement to her Pilates teaching.
Her Thursday evening class is dynamic, uplifting and enjoyable, with clear guidance and a confident, flowing pace.
